FAQ
FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOPS

Is food and a chef included?

During the event we provide coffee, tea, water, welcome snacks and lunch. Some of the food we cook together as a group. This creates a team bonding and we can try different photography techniques, flavours of different cultures, and gain so much inspiration for new meals.

Can the event be cancelled?

We can only start the event with a full group of 10 people to cover costs and make sure the group is big enough to create nice vibes and dynamics. That is why we have a deadline of 1 week before the trip for people to sign up. If we don’t have a complete group we will refund the deposit that is made. (Please note: This never happened before)

How does the payment work?

Commitment is essential for our planning. That is why we need to ask for the full payment for covering the costs for renting the event place and planning. You can pay with credit card or through PayPal payment system. It accepts PayPal payments, Mastercard, visa & American Express cards.

Am I insured during my time with the workshop?

Every participant has to have their own insurance that covers costs if something would happen on the event.

What do I need to bring to the workshop?

You need to bring good mood & your regular photography equipment, good and comfortable shoes and your laptop.

Do I need to have a camera for this workshop?

If you are not sure if food photography is for you, then you can use whatever camera you have. However, to take part of the workshop schedule, I assume that you have a DSLR or mirrorless camera. Nevertheless, we also focus on a phone photography and the best camera is always the one you have. However, if you are serious with your food photography, then I suggest you start with a DSLR camera. It doesn’t have to the most expensive one – nowadays you can buy amazing cheap refurbished or used cameras online.

What other costs can I expect?

In the workshop everything is included.

What is not included in the workshop?
