This smoothie is one of my favorites. It´s just so simple and usually I almost always have those ingredients at home. When there isn´t a season of blueberries or raspberries I usually use the frozen ones which I have picked in the summer. When you do smoothies then you don´t need to measure the ingredients. Just be creative and put the ingredients in the blender measuring with your eye. Then taste and add extra ingredients when needed.
Raspberry and Blueberry Smoothie
- 500 g natural yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- About 1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, depend on how sweet you like it)
- 1 cup water (or almond milk)
Instructions: Just blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!
