Avocado is rich in vitamin K, B5, B6, E, C, folate, potassium. It is full of healthy fats and fibre. It has been found that potassium is important to reduced blood pressure. In addition, fibre can have various important benefits for weight loss and metabolic health. Furthermore, avocados are high in antioxidants, which are very important for eye health.
Don´t worry you won´t taste the avocado at all. Instead, you feel the real chocolate taste!
- 1 large avocado
- 2 tablespoon dark cocoa powder (without sugar)
- 2 tablespoon Turkish yoghurt (or natural yoghurt) (without additives)
- 2 teaspoon cocoa butter
- 2 tablespoon raw honey
- Some berries (I used cranberry, but raspberries are also really good in here)
- Blend all the ingredients until it´s like cream.
